Berg's Bus Information

Cancellations & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of departure time.
• Any bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your ticket(s) prior to 24 hours of departure, please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed. A separate email will be sent to you once you've been refunded.
• Tickets cannot be rescheduled, they will need to be cancelled. A new booking for the desired bus can be made once it's available.

Additional Information

• Contact Phone: When booking tickets, please provide the phone number that is best to contact you during the trip.
• *Important* The name & phone number a ticket is booked under must match the person riding. For example, if you are booking a ticket(s) for other people, the ticket needs to be booked under the rider's name and phone.
• Rentals: If you rent equipment from Berg's, we unfortunately aren't able to store it at the shop overnight. We just don't have the space. We will be accepting rental returns when the bus arrives back at Berg's in the evening.
• During boarding time at Berg's, we will have a door open for riders to wait inside and use the restroom if needed. The rest of the shop, including the tune shop, is not open during this time.
• Each bus will be accompanied by 2 chaperones that will be there throughout the day.
• Bus tickets will be available for purchase the Saturday before departure and remain open until the departing Saturday morning. A bus sign-up will close if it fills up before Saturday morning's departure.
